Paul E. Venino

Paul is the youngest son in the third generation of Venino lawyers. He practices primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including contracts and leases, estate administration and planning, preparation of wills, living wills and powers of attorney, corporate law including formation of business entities, landlord and tenant law, municipal court defense of motor vehicle violations and misdemeanor criminal matters.

He is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport School of Law, Bridgeport, Connecticut, J.D. (1987) and Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut, B.A. Economics (1984).

He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in1987 and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 1987. He served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Weehawken from 1989 – 1995. He has been actively involved as a member of the Board of Trustees of United Cerebral Palsy of Hudson County since 1996 and is currently President of its Board of Trustees. Mr. Venino was also a member of the New Jersey District Fee Arbitration Committee from 1997 to 1999 and was chairman of the New Jersey District Fee Arbitration Committee from 1999 to 2001.
